How do I install the widget?

Paste one script tag into your site. No developer work beyond that is needed.

What does the AI know about my business?

Only what you give it: pages crawled from your website, uploaded documents and your FAQ.

Can customers place orders in the chat?

Yes. The agent collects items, quantities and the delivery address, then asks the customer to confirm. Confirmed orders appear on the Orders page. With WooCommerce connected it can also check live stock and prices.

Can I try an agent before installing it?

Yes. Every agent has a shareable test link, so you can try it before putting it on your site.

What happens when I hit my plan limit?

Limits are hard caps. We do not charge overage fees. You can upgrade at any time.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, Free includes 100 AI messages per month and needs no credit card.

Which languages are supported?

Romanian, Russian, English and more. The agent replies in the language the visitor writes in.
